“Bring back the 90’s”. That is one of my wife’s motto’s. Our local area lost the one true 90’s radio station, Nova 105.1, earlier this year, and the airwaves haven’t been the same since. I am content enough to listen to Classic Rock radio, but there is nowhere to turn to for Oasis, The Verve or the occasional Cranberries.
My wife wishes for – and will get – a week of songs entirely of her choosing – here is a one-day preview… I’ve yet to decide when to run her songs, but it’ll definitely be after the New Year. Not only is Tubthumping by Chumbawamba one of Jenny’s favorite songs, she also claims to know every word of the song… I also think there is a story to be told involving listening to the song with headphones on in a store, and subsequently verifying a certain lyric very loudly. “It does say pissing!”
So be on your guard, because a week of Weird Al, Weezer, Wheatus, Dandy Warhols, Savage Garden, Vanessa Mae and No Doubt may be just around the corner.

Love that song! REminds me of college & some very silly times.
