This Paul McCartney written song was released on the Beatles final album, “Let It Be”. I have posted the “Let It Be… Naked” version of the track, which is much the same as the original version, minus (in my opinion) the annoying sound bite before the track starts. On the original version, John Lennon shouts out “‘I Dig a Pygmy’, by Charles Hawtrey and the Deaf Aids… Phase One, in which Doris gets her oats!”. Paul McCartney produced and released “Let It Be… Naked” in 2003, his version was closer to how he would have wanted the original album to sound like. The original version was mixed and produced by Phil Spector, using the ‘wall of sound’ technique and giving some of the tracks an orchestral feel.
